We combine shrimp, lobster, mussels, clams, chorizo, chicken, vegetables and rice making this dish an explosion of Spanish style flavors that are sure to please. Served with a distinctive green salad featuring torn romaine lettuce, sweet onions, grated carrots, pickled beets, tomatoes, Spanish green olives, and hard-boiled eggs then topped with our signature olive oil and white wine vinaigrette dressing. Also included, marinated grilled yams, grilled zucchini, red onion, portobello mushrooms, asparagus, with sourdough and olive bread. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping.
Vegetarian option included Our elevated taco bar features seasoned chicken, beef, and tofu, a topping bar with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, black olives, shredded lettuce and cheese. Hard shell tacos and flour tortillas, cilantro rice, and frijoles. Accompanied by our taco salad, with baby mixed greens, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, cilantro, scallions, black olives, corn, and jicama; all tossed with our signature Mexican dressing, and served with our fresh fried, tricolored tortilla chips.
Traditional Italian favorites are featured in this selection. Your choice of three of the following dishes; Fettuccini Alfredo, Penne Marinara, Farfalle Pesto, Rotelli with meat sauce, Beef Lasagna, Vegetable Lasagna, or, Cheese Ravioli with your choice of sauce. Your pasta selections are accompanied by Italian herbed, grilled chicken and Italian sausage. Provided also, is a condiment bar to accent your meal. Sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, sliced mushrooms, tricolored peppers, broccoli, and grated parmesan cheese. Served with our Italian tossed green salad tossed with feta cheese, basil, cucumber, onion, and tomato. Choose from our balsamic vinaigrette or our roasted garlic dressing; and; from our garlic bread or our focaccia bread. Each served with balsamic vinaigrette for dipping.
Dijon crusted rack of lamb, braised with care to a succulent crisp outside, and tender inside. This selection features Dolmathes, (stuffed grape leaves), hummus, Tabouli, basmati rice, Mediterranean salad with feta cheese, sliced cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, and Kalamata olives tossed in a Greek vinaigrette dressing, and pita bread.
We put the Wow back in Lu-Wow! Kailua pork, slow roasted to melt in your mouth tender, accompanied by grilled teriyaki chicken breast, coconut rice, Polynesian Cole slaw, baby mixed green salad with mandarin orange slices, with candied pecans, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, with our dramatic fruit kebob on pineapple display, and Hawaiian rolls with butter. Whole roasted pig, head on or off, available for an additional $4.50 per person.
